Hello and Ekamawir Omo,
I am interested to learn about the young generations of David Dean O’Keefe.
His two wives Charlotte & Dalibu were originally from the island of Nauru formally known as Pleasant Island in the 18th Century, Caroline Island Group.
Charlotte was known to us as Eidarode Adeiri. She is the daughter of Harry Terry known to us as Adeiri. Charlotte's mothers name is known to us as Eidinia Deor.
Dalibu was known to us as Eidaribu Deor, and she is a younger sister of Eidinia Deor thus an aunt of Charlotte (Eidarode). Dalibu (Eidaribu) and her sister Eidinia are two out of four children of Deor and his wife Eidenamo. Eidenamo is from the Emea tribe or clan from Aiwo, Nauru.
They left the island about 1870-1871, and interested to know if any Nauru tribe members exist in Yap.
Also: Another daughter of Harry Terry and sister of Charlotte, is the wife of Harry Henry Skillings of Kosrae namely Sitato Skillings, she is known to us as Eididado Adeiri. They all left the island together.
Appreciate any info.
Kind Regards,
Mahlon
