Family history website Ancestry.com.au is providing free access to 46 million World War 1 and 2 military records from Australia, New Zealand and Britain to celebrate Anzac Day.

The record collections include the Anzac Memorial 1914-1918, the UK military campaign medal and award rolls, and New Zealand Army World War 1 and 2 nominal rolls.

They will be free to search from April 25 to 29, and available on www.ancestry.com.au/anzac2012
