GGGrandmas three brothers went to Kalgoorlie in the late 1800's, they were miners. Two married over there and i'm told their families are still there. I have many photos of these unknown relatives and also many photos of mines in Kalgoorlie back in that time. Their names were
Oliver HADDEN, Gilbert
HADDEN and Robert
Carlile HADDEN. They also had a brother Arthur whom we think might have gone to Kalgoorlie also. Oliver was there in 1898, as i have a postcard sent to GGGrandma dated 1898. They were from the Omeo district of Victoria (Beechworth). I'm also told they may have had relatives in Kalgoorlie that's why they went over there. BDM records only go back to 1905 in Western Australia, well thats the disc i have. Is their any records only after that? Does anyone know these HADDEN's?
I would love to get in touch and find out who all these good looking relatives are in my photos.
Any help would be much appreciated. I have looked in the white pages and rung a few HADDEN's in WA but they're not related. I cannot find any in Kalgoorlie?
