Betty Balfour (Haig) can't be found after 1875 at Collingwood. Death? Marriage? Return to Scotland?

Surnames: Balfour, haig, Haigs, Swan, Seal
My ancestor Betty Balfour was born 10 Dec 1805 at Dunino, Fife, Scotland to George Heggs (aka Haigs, Haig) and Ann Laing. She married John Balfour in 1830 and the family arrived in Melbourne 25 Jan 1854. John had a carting business and died in 1875 with probate granted 22 Dec 1875 to Betty and her daughter Ann Swan, wife of Henry F Swan.

However, I can find no trace of Betty after that. Ann's records continue via a marriage to Charles Frederick Seal until her death in 1886. But Betty fails to show up in my searches.

Any help appreciated in finding where Betty went.
