good old Trove OCRs are always a source of great amusement and frustration. Often the highlighted term in the text window is only good for finding the name in a big spread. LOL

Yes, Betty was listed in the marriage register as living in Easey St and William at Ryrie St. The latter no longer exists but 19 th century maps of Collingwood show it next to (just N of) Easey St. William was listed as a grocer but I haven't located a shop for him yet. It may well have been in Ryrie St as many grocers lived behind the shop. I will keep looking. But at the ages Betty & William were at marriage, I suppose a neighbour or local grocer is a likely suitor.
