Wow, that does look like them.
I noticed that James HARRINGTON normally registered the babies births in Tas, and he made his mark with an "X'. So the incorrect spelling (and the accent), for his wife's name (Margaret DUSMAN), on the birth for the Male (Timothy?), in 1844, would most likely be the correct family. He was very quick to register the birth also, and maybe the boy did not yet, have a name, three days after birth.
