I am searching for the maiden name of my gggg grandmother. Her married name was ellis and christian name was Amy . She arrived in Sth Australia in 1840 with husband Richard and daughters Sophia (pamler), jane, Maria, Sarah (Hearne) and emma. She was born in England in abt 1782. I haven't had any luck finding her maiden name. The anme Vince seems to have been a family name but I haven't found anything under that name
