I am tyring to find out any info on my fathers (leonard allan Bone) parents.. He was adopted in Feb 1954 to a Verna and doug Bone...

All i know of this is that he was born Thomas Mumford
To Eirene Sophia Mumford
Formerly Shepherd
at the RBH Womens
Father not stated!
Back then there was no Dna to prove paternity.
So he could of been a Shepherd OR Mumford

Those days the Almoners signed the deserted mothers to be ....UP in a quick hurry
They were also known to forge their signatures
Adopted Feb 1954 #11380 bb 781/54
They called him the 'Gone to a good home ' Generation....Aust wide too
