Can anyone tell me where I am likely to find out about the adminstration of Timothy Hogan's estate after his death, if the public trustee, J.W. Nichols, put his property up for sale by tender on 16 June 1931?

I currently reside in the UK, so it's not like I can pop into the state library to access records. Any help would be appreciated.
