I did mull over that info in Medical Pioneers but he was only 34 when he died .

Its certainly possible to have 6 sons at 34 years of age e.g 3 sets of twins . Nothing in Trove about him leaving a grieving family he just didnt give ' gotcha' vibes either
Honoria Emily GREEN was 28 yr old in 1871 so would hazard a guess Arthur Herbert would be of a similar age . Dr Henry H HAMILTON wasnt old enough
