Hi, my grandparents Edward Gerrard Rabette and his wife Marie were in Randwick in 1924, from approximately end of April 1924 to end May/early June 1924. Their place of abode whilst there was 31 King Street, Randwick, Sydney, NSW. I am of the understanding that they inherited some land and/or possibly a property. They travelled from England in early March 1924 and arrived back in England in the middle of July 1924. Clearly they were not in the country for long and so far as I know there are no relatives in Australia. My grandmother's maiden name was Day so it could be she who inherited the land/property. Is there anyone out there please who might have some insight into this mystery?
Kind regards
Kathryn Bryant
