Looking for Wilga Lillian Dell Newman. She went by the name Dell and was born in 1926. Her younger half brother was my Dad. Only want to know what became of her and whether she has a family of her own. Her brother passed away in 2009 and had only let me know about her 4 weeks before he died. He was curious to know what happened to her as well.
