Hi Bernie,
I've done a little looking and the Daniel O'Halloran who died in 1927 in South Melbournes parents were Michael and Margaret O'Halloran... no mothers maiden name given.
There is a Michael and Margaret O'Halloran who came over here on the ship Lady Kennaway in 1850 arriving in Port Phillip (Vic) together but also with a Denis and Mary & Family on the same ship, maybe a brother.
Okay there is an M O'Halloran who died on the 28/02/1903 in Balranald, could be Michael? or even Margaret. This is in the deceased estates.
I have found a Daniel O'Holloran born in 1868 (would say this is him) at Iron Bark to Michael and Margaret. Also to same parents a Mary Eliza born 1875 in Sand? which could be Sandridge or Sandhurst Vic.
