I have not found a death certificate or obituary for Harold Wallace Howard, Jr yet. I got the information on his death from another tree, but no obituary and of course all the names in the tree are not visible and the author of the tree has not answered my emails. I am still looking. Thanks for the tip. I'll just have to keep digging.
