My Father's Birth Mother Amelia was located back in 1979 and it was a beautiful reunion, however because of the secrecy involved she was very silent about information. She did confirm his birth Father's name was as she had listed, and that she had seen him since placing my Father for adoption. She had always said that if I found him she would love to be reunited. I'm sure there is always a possibility that she gave a wrong name for whatever reasons.......I'm just not sure. We have since been reunited with her one sister's children who know no more than I do, except that she had placed a child for adoption. It was a well kept secret. Her two sons by her marriage to Mr. Creelman have no information as to even if their Father knew about my Father.......For whatever reason my Grandmother Amelia never revealed about my Father even to them all those years. I'm afraid a lot of information was taken to the grave, I still hold out hope that one day I will find some family members on my Grandfather's side. I really, really appreciate all this....truly I do.....
