i have been reading over most these i have been looking for tony ray for almost 6 years....so has ORS I have a 5 yr old lil girl whom i found to be pregnant with almost 2 months after he again went m.i.a we were living in rock springs december of 05 she was born sept 19 06. if he is indeed living in vernal it would be great im living in salt lake. if there is any ideas of where in vernal he may be my family is all over there and may check into anything.

You might try contacting St. Stevens Mission on the rez. It is just outside of Riverton and east of Arapaho. They have a history Museam that might be of some help to you. They might even have a web page. good luck

Because the white man's government didn't like the Native names, couldn't pronounce or spell them, and in an effort to acculturate the Native, they quite literally drew names out of a hat and assigned them to various Natives as they put them on reservations and "enrolled" them. Thus William Shakespeare, Joe Friday, and various other white man names were assigned to the Arapahoe and their descendants bear those names to this day.

I doubt any of your ancestors were among them.

That sounds like Tony, always doing and never thinking about the damage it will cause. He had his moments of being calm, but that was rare. Those are the times I really miss, we could at least talk and just be a couple. In the other moments, it was a wild ride, some of it was fun, some of it not so great. He had a good heart, but was a jealous man and drugs did not help this situation. I had hoped that he would get better during our time together, but it never did improve. I really did love him then. Life goes on, now I am with someone who treats me wonderfully and loves me. Glad you changed, a family is a wonderful thing to have in your life.

Yes the drugs were bad but most people change I know I did I have been married 18 years with 2 Daughters now but how sad. Christine was the Girl I'm sure and I remember them takling about naming the Baby Cody. There were problems with her pregnancy I remember maybe that was the hardship. Tony was always in trouble in the Marines always busted on restriction etc. I went all over the WOrld with him we went to some crazy places.

He has three kids he bailed on. Tony had his demons. I tried to help him, but he got worse, and then he was gone. He left with his mom; they were headed to Reno. His brother Michael is a cop in Reno, but he has a different last name than them and I can't remember it.

I have seen this picture, he showed me a few pictures of him and a few friends. He never really talked about his service; not sure what the hardship would have been; his mom was in good health at the time, his family was ok too. Tony had a big problem with drugs; it is why we are not together. I still have a few of his pictures; I put them away with others and was going to send them with the VHS tape I sent to his daughter, but I cannot find them. If I ever do, I will send them to his daughter.

I got another Marine Friend that lives on the Wind River reservation he is going to check there. I also got a friend who is a bailbondsman and he said Lebeau doesn't want to be found and good luck. Sad about the daughter he bailed on.

I sent her a list of last known addresses; I found them on a search site and a few of them I knew about, but he had long been gone by the time I sent anything to them. He is in trouble with the law then, it is the only reason he has not surfaced; I will bet you anything, his mom is hiding him; she always thought Tony could do no wrong and that all his problems were due to someone else. If you are looking for him, start with her. Good luck!

He lived in Oceanside in an Apartment off base with a girl and she was pregnant in about 92. I went to Tahoe with him for New Years Eve met him there as his Mom lived there at the time. I got out but never heard from Tony again someone said he got out on a hardship of some kind I don't know. I wish he was in Reno because that is close.

That would be him. We dated for 2 years, not all of it bad (I did love him), but sometimes I ask myself, what was I thinking. He is a momma's boy, so like I said before, if you find her, you find him. Her name is Gerry Lebeau, and she moved to Reno to help her son Michael with his kids, she became the nanny. Michael is in Law inforcement, not sure if for the state, city, or county. He had a brother named Tommy here in Vancouver, but not sure if he is still here or dead (he was into drugs real bad). Sorry for having to tell you a story not so pretty. I hope that someday he gets it together for his kids sake. Take care, hope you find him someday.

That's him I'm sure of it Tony was always a little crazy and got into trouble a lot. He was a good friend I will probably never find him he should be about 42 I see he moves around WY,NV,CA I live in Northern CA he may be here?? No way to tell but his unit B CO 1/9 is all on facebook but I would think he stays away from that knind of thing since he is running.

It might be, the family moves a lot. He usually is close to his mom, so if you find her, you will find him; she won't give you his whereabouts, he has a lot of police looking for him usually, so she will be tight lipped; she protects him from the law. Sorry that I cannot help more.
