As I was looking through the WY newspaper project, I came across what looks to be like some kind of tax list, or assessment list (http://pluto.state.wy.us/awweb/main.jsp?flag=browse&smd=...) where it lists John Pearce and Harry Morris, and after their names it reads, 'salary scavenger', what does this mean? any guesses? thank you.
