According to his draft registration James Sammons born 23 Apr 1891 Jackson Co., Ill. is living in Natrona Co., Wyoming. He is listed as single. Date of registration was 5 Jun 1917. I can't locate him in 1920 or 30 census. Did he die in Natrona Co.???

Any help or info. would be greatly appreciated!
