I am looking for a Minnie Jessie Hoover who I am told by my mother & GAunt was illigitimate. But even so, if I can't find or don't know who her father was I would still like to know her mother's line. Unfortunately, I don't even have my GGGrandmother's name. My mother thinks it was Melissa or Amanda or? Minnie Jessie Hoover was born in Wyoming & according to 1 of the census, her mother & father were from Michigan. She was on the 1910 Federal Census as already being married to William Howard Rood. Her date of birth was 23 JUN 1889..
