Kerri: I volunteered at the library the last couple years and put all obituaries off of microfilm into notebooks (over 10,000) and I checked my index. There are obituaries for quite a few Isaacs and one for Fred (don't know if it is the Fred you need or not. I'll also check those when I go to the library (some are just death notices).
