You can contact the public libraries to see if they have local newspapers on microfilm. Go go http://www-wsl.state.wy.us/bighorn/resources.html#ask and type in your question. You can also contact the Wyoming State Archives to see if they have access to the obituary. I know they have access for death certificates past 50 years.
