I am looking for information on Elmer Clarence Burroughs, who lived in Basin, Wyoming and was saddle maker. He probably was born around 1880. He was in Basin by 1917 and was still there in the early 1940s. His saddles are apparently well-known, with his trade mark being two burros facing each other (a play on his name). He is a first cousin of my grandmother. Not sure what that makes him to me...first cousin twice removed??
Thanks so much in advance.
