I checked in our library in Wisconsin Rapids today to see if I could find an obit for a James MEDDAUGH but there is nothing in our newspaper index on it. The only things I could find in the newspaper were the following two items.

James MEDDAUGH married Edna RAYOME on May 31, 1903. It is an article in the Grand Rapids tribune.

Also Margaret MEDDAUGH wife of James MEDDAUGH falls down stairs. Possible stroke WCR newspaper Jan 12, 1888

I looked in some of our other indexes and can find nothing.
