Just located one of my Grandmother-in-laws address in the 1900 US Census as 56 Walnut Street. Fred N & Elizabeth (nee Thiex) Case, were there with seven children including my Margaret (married name Burchill). Modern day Walnut Street addresses range from 1200 to 1700. I wonder when the postal numbering was changed?
