From what I found in the Wisconsin marriage index, John's parents, William Kopitzke and Lydia Feustel were married in Waushara County on June 24, 1893.

I also found William's obit and census info from the census INDEX. According to William's obit, he had 2 brothers and a sister surviving him, Fred, Gust, and Mrs. Fred Thews. The 1880 census index show that he had the following siblings:
Gustaff, Fredrick, Augusta, and Elizabeth, and his parents were Fred and Flora(line). William also had a brother, Henry, who was listed in the 1900 census index, and died in June 1931.

William and Lydia's children were: Arthur, Edwin, Hilda, Arnold, Adela, and Irene, and John.

DEATHS

WILLIAM Kopitzke

William Kopitzke, 71, 513 E. Quincy street, New
London, died unexpectedly of heart disease at 1:30
yesterday afternoon as he sat resting after working
in the garden near his home.
Mr. Kopitzke and his wife were cultivating the
garden, when the husband walked to a grape arbor and
sat down. He died there of an attack of heart
disease.
Born Nov. 8, 1868, in Bloomfield, Wis., he lived
in Manawa and for the last 21 years in New London.
He was a janitor at the Emanuel Lutheran church of
New London for 12 years, retiring five years ago.
Survivors are the widow; two daughters, Mrs.
Harold Pieper, New London; Mrs. Arthur Schultz,
Royalton; three sons, Arthur, Edward, and John, New
London; two brothers, Fred, Weyauwega; Gust,
Fremont; one sister, Mrs. Fred Thews, Weyauwega; 10
grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
Funeral services will be held at 2 o'clock Monday
afternoon at the Emanuel Lutheran church, with the
Rev. W. E. Pankow in charge. Burial will be in the
Manawa cemetery. The body will be taken from the
Cline and Learman Funeral home, New London, to the
residence at 8:30 Sunday morning where it will
remain until the hour of service.
