You were so fortunate to meet and talk with Catherine, Donald Lee Barrington's daughter. Nothing beats a living source of ancestral info. :-)

I don't live in Wisconsin anymore (not necessarily by choice.) I'm in the St. Louis, Missouri area now. The city of Waupaca and Waupaca County is one of my "old haunts." Through much of grade school and through high school, I spent Summers with my maternal grandmother, Elizabeth Barrington Knight.
