Died death certificate on top says date of death 9-13-1970

bottom of certificate pronounced dead Sept.21,1970 6;45 pm

He was found in a Swamp on the West side of the City. at Spooner Clinic Oak St buried 9-23-1970

know there is snow now but when snow melts would be great.
parents dead. can,t get anymore info then this.
Husbands grandfather like to get pic of buried.for Genealogy i,m doing for the children and grandchildren
