Harvey Affeldt
Harvey E. Affeldt, 74, rural Blair, died Monday, November 11, 1991, in the Tri-County Memorial Hospital, Whitehall.
He was born August 4, 1917, in rural Ettrick to Elmer and Wilma (Thompson) Affeldt. He was married to Corinne Greenwold on October 4, 1939, in the First Lutheran Parsonage, Blair, by the Rev. K. M. Urberg. Affeldt has lived in the Blair area most of his life where, prior to his retirement, he farmed and was employed as a truck driver and also as a construction worker.
He is survived by his wife, a son, Quinton (Joyce) of rural Blair; two daughters, Iona Anton of rural Blair and Delayne Brauner of Adams, WI; 9 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Thursday, November 14, in the First Lutheran Church. Rev. Jean Cowdery Kloss will officiate. Burial will be in the Rest Haven Cemetery, Blair. Casket bearers will be Clayton and Faron Lloyd, Ken and A. J. Brauner, Kenneth Bakken and Quinn Affeldt.
Visitation will be after 4:00 p.m. on Wednesday at the Jack Funeral Home, Blair, and also one hour prior to the service at...
