Is there someone who would do a Trempealeau County lookup for me at the county seat? I have a relative that I believed to have been born in North Dakota, but just found her obituary that states she was born in Strum, WI.
I believe that her mother may have been married to a Mr. Baker or a Mr. Killian at the time of her birth...probably the Mr. Killian. Anyway, the child was a girl, born Feb. 6, 1902 or 1903. I knew her by the name of Beatrice Luella, but don't know if the name of the child appears on their birth record or it simply states "baby girl", born to ........Killian and Nora Bell or Belle Baker (The mother's correct name has me stumped as I have found her listed as "Belle Baker......", on her tombstone, but her name is "Nora Bell" on another child's baptismal record.

Anyhow, I need a quick lookup to see if there were any girl babies born on Feb. 6, 1902 0r 1903, in Trempealeau Co., that just might be this little girl.

I'm not even sure if the "Strum" part is correct as frequently there are errors in obituaries. However, it may very well be somewhere in Trempealeau Co., WI. Thanks, very much. Jeanne
