SERVICES FOR KATHERINE Maas ON TUESDAY
Katherine C. Maas, 85, Rt. 1, Gresham, died Saturday at Shawano after several months illness. She was born Oct. 15, 1888 in the town of Seneca and was married Nov, 29, 1905 to August F. Maas. He preceded her in death.
Survivors are 5 sons,. Willie, Everett, Orline and Eli, all of Gresham, Rt. I and Melvin of R3, Shawano; 11 grandchildren; 16 great - grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild, 4 sisters, Olga High; Emmaline Stoehr; Sara Schmidt and Selma of Gresham and one brother, Wallace Heins, Gresham. Her husband August preceded her in death in 1961. Three infant children, 2 brothers and one sister also preceded her in death. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 P.m., Tuesday, Jan. 22, at the Church of Latter Saints, Gresham, Rt. 1. Burial will be in the church cemetery in the spring.
