Martina Ethel Weso
(August 14, 1915 - July 4, 1990)

Martina Ethel Weso, age 74, a former Wittenberg resident, died Wednesday, July 4, 1990 at Lakeview Health Center, West Salem.

She was born August 14, 1915 in the town of Birnamwood, the daughter of the late Elijah and Florence (Boyce) Whitewing. Martina had been married to Frank Storm and Joe Weso. Both preceded her in death.

Survivors include 4 daughters, Pearl Storm, Black River Falls, Joyce Storm, Arizona, Andrea "Gail" Pettibone, Black River Falls and Tina Bedford, Stevens Point; 1 son, D. Phillip Storm, Minneapolis; 12 grandchildren and many great-grandchildren; 1 brother, George (Violet) Whitewing, Wittenberg; and 2 sisters, Catherine Greyhair, Wittenberg and Caroline Stacy, Wisconsin Dells. In addition to her husbands and parents, Martina was preceded in death by 3 grandchildren, 3 brothers, including Raymond Whitewing and 1 sister.

Funeral services were held July 7, 1990 at Schmidt-Schulta Funeral Home, Wittenberg. The Rev. Peter Gundersen officiated. Interment was in the Whitewing Family Plot, town of Birnamwood.
