James Joseph Cerveny IV, age six, Rt. 1, Gresham, died Friday evening, August 28. He had been ailing since birth.
James was the son of Mr. and Mrs. James Cerveny, Jr. His mother is the former Donna Brandt. He was born August 28, 1964 in Shawano, and attended the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints at Rt. 1, Gresham (Township of Seneca).
Survivors are his parents, three brothers: Daniel, Christopher, and Scott; maternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Raleigh Brandt; maternal great-grandmother Mrs. Catherine Yellish of Shawano; paternal grandparents Mr. and Mrs. James Cerveny Sr., Rt. 1, Gresham; paternal great-grandmothers Mrs. Emeline Stoehr of Gresham and Mrs. Elizabeth Cerveny, Leopolis.
Funeral Services were held Monday afternoon at 3 o'clock at the Latter Day Saints Church on Roosevelt Road in the township of Seneca with Delbert Hoffman officiating. Interment will be in the church cemetery.
The Born Funeral Home of Gresham was in charge of funeral arrangements.
