Tina J. Hoffman, 42, Gresham, passed away peacefully on Saturday, March 31, surrounded by loved ones. She was born July 15, 1958, at Bournemouth, Hampshire, England. Tina emigrated to the Coleman area with her parents, brothers and sisters in 1975. She married Kurt F. Hoffman for time and eternity on July 31, 1981, at the Washington D.C. temple of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. They are the parents of Alison, Zachary, Alyssa, Nichola, Stefanie, Zane, Alexa and Evan. She took great joy in being a wife and mother and supporting her family in their many activities.
She is survived by her sweetheart of 20 years and their children all at home. She is further survived by her mother and stepfather, Susan Robertson-Kryshak and Donald Kryshak of Wisconsin Rapids; brothers and sisters, Mark Robertson, Andy (Denise) Robertson of England; Sarah Heins (Cory), Gresham; Adam (Ruth) Robertson, Green Bay; Jared (Ruth) Robertson, Fayetteville, Ark.; Paul (Lisa) Robertson, Green Bay; David (Sara) Robertson, Gresham; Seth (Steph) Robertson, Wisconsin Rapids; Hannah Robertson, American Fork, Utah (fiance, Karter Kimball of Sandy, Utah); Mike Robertson serving a full time mission in Panama; stepbrothers and sisters, Cindy (Dave) Alverson, Bothell, Wash.; Sandy Kryshak, West Valley City, Utah; Kirk Kryshak, Wisconsin Rapids. She is further furvived by her father-in-law, Sanford Hoffman; Kurt's brothers and sisters, Brett (Susan) Hoffman, Shawano; Heidi (Patrick) Pleshek, Gresham; Pat (Diane) Hoffman, Shawano; Bonnie (Chris) Harding, Austin, Texas; 19 nieces, 19 nephews; and numerous aunts and uncles.
She was an active member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Gresham Ward, and will be remembered for teaching all the children there to love and enjoy singing.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, April 3, at 11 a.m. at The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, Gresham, with Jeff Hoffman officiating. Burial will be in Roosevelt Cemetery. Friends may call at Swedberg Funeral Home in Gresham on Monday, April 2, from 4 until 8 p.m. and after 10 a.m. on Tuesday at the church until the time of services. A memorial fund has been established.
The family wishes to thank hospice for all of their help and support.
