SERVICES FOR MRS. HELENA DEY TO BE MONDAY

Mrs. Helena Dey, Shawano, 93, died Friday, Sept 13 at Shawano, she had been ailing for the past 8 years. She was the former Helena Kramer, daughter of the late Mr. & Mrs. William Kramer and was born on May 29, 1875 in the town of Herman. She was married on Oct. 4, 1897 to August Dey, he died in 1942. Prior to his death they farmed in the town of Herman, after his death she lived in Illinois until 1958 when she moved to Shawano. She was a member of Elias Lutheran church and was very active in church work up until the time of ill health.

She is survived by 4 children, Bena, Mrs. Jacob Turban of Shawano, Herman of Shawano, Reinhold of Clintonville and August of the town of Herman, 18 grand-children, 45 great grandchildren and 2 great-great grandchildren, and one brother, William Kramer of Wausau.

Funeral services will be held Monday, Sept. 16, at 3:00 p.m. at Elias Lutheran church and interment will be in the Elias Lutheran cemetery, town of Herman.
