Mabel Anna Bohm

Mabel Anna Bohm, 93, of Zachow, passed away Friday, Dec. 1, 2006, in Shawano.

Mabel was born on May 22, 1913, in the Town of Hartland, the daughter of the late Edward A. and Marie (Boettcher) Schultz. On Dec. 11, 1937, she was united in marriage to Adolph Bohm in Bonduel. Adolph preceded her in death on April 25, 1985. Mabel lived most of her life in Zachow and was a member of the St. Paul Lutheran Church in Zachow. She enjoyed playing cards, crocheting, and spending time with her two great-grandchildren.

Mabel is survived by her two sons, Allen Bohm of Zachow, Ronald (Jill) Bohm of Zachow; two grandchildren, Trisha (special friend, Tim) Bohm of Seymour, Kristy (James) Huben of Zachow; two great-grandchildren, Tyler, Dameon; and a brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Hank and Marion Bohm of Krakow. Mabel was preceded in death by her husband, Adolph; her parents; and a sister, Frieda Kroening.

Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday, Dec. 4, at the St. Paul Evangelical Lutheran Church in Zachow with the Rev. Philip Geiger officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Family and friends may call at Swedberg-Wendt Funeral Home in Bonduel on Sunday from 4 until 7 p.m. and at the church on Monday after 10 a.m. until the time of the service.
