Hello,

I'm interested in either a birth record for a Henry STRESE, born April 9, 1900 and/or an address listing for the Strese family for roughly that time period. The family may have been in Eau Claire County prior to that time, as there is a birth for 1884 Eau Claire county. I'm not familiar with the exact geography/jurisdiction changes for these counties or if there is a local library that offers these services? Or should I focus on Eau Claire county?
