I have found John Philip Roeber in Colorado in 1870, with brother Fritz (Hermann?) and think it is a possibility that their sister, Louisa, married John Hansbrough in Jefferson Co., Colorado in June 1871. She is named as Louise Raver in one news article, but that could be a corruption of the name. Census records consistenly show that she was born in Wisconsin about 1851, and that her parents were born in Germany. Frankly, Louise Roeber is the only candidate I can find in the Wisconsin census.
Louisa Hansbrough died in San Francisco on 3 March 1925. Her husband died about 11 years later. She had three children, but only one, Ina E. Hansbrough, survived to adulthood. Ina married Col. Frank E. Canon.
