I am trying to locate information on my Grandmother Thelma Josephine Lewis b. Jan 18, 1906 in Rhinelander, WI. The only other information that I have is that her mothers name was Belle and we think Belle was born in Kentucky. Not sure though. If anyone has any information on Thelma or her parents it would be greatly appreciated.
