Olaf (Ole)Moe(n), age 72, a resident of Downsville for about 50 years, died Tuesday morning, May 2, at five o'clock at the City hospital where he had been for a week. He had been in ill health for about three or four years. The funeral will be held
Friday afternoon at 1:30 o'clock from the Olson Funeral Home and at two o'clock at the Downsville Odd Fellow hall with the Rev.J.E. Kess, pastor of the Immanuel Baptist church, and the Odd Fellow lodge in charge of the services. Interment will be made in the Riverview cemetery at Downsville.
Mr. Moe(n) was born in Norway. While living in Dunn county he had been employed at the Knapp, Stout and Company and later as a stone mason and carpenter. He never married.
Mr. Moe(n) is survived by three nieces; Mrs. William Gobel, Downsville; Mrs. Austin Rolley, Menomonie; and Mrs. Larson, St. Paul.
