I am also researching the Christian Friedrich Huebner and Wilhelmine Huebner, geb. Jaede family. Chris and Wilhelmine Hebener and their son Johann arrived in USA on 15 June 1847 at New York aboard the ship "Washington" which had departed from Hamburg. On the 1850 census for Clyman, Dodge Co., WI they are living with his parents, Johann is missing but they now have a daughter, Louisa, and a son, Christian Jr............Michael Huebner and Charlotte Huebner, geb. Fuerstenberg family. M and Charl Hnebner and their children Louise, Marie, Johann, and Wilhelmine arrived in USA on 14 June 1848 at New York aboard the ship "Christine" which had departed from Hamburg. On the 1850 census for Clyman, Dodge Co., WI. Michael and Charlotte Eapner and two of their children, John and Wilhelmina are listed, plus Christian Srs. family. Also aboard the ship are Martin, Wilhelmine, and Fridk. Furstenberg. I have more info on family. My question is where in Germany did this family come from.
