I'm still looking for a Pringle family that was living in Dodge Co at the time of the Civil War. Andrew Pringle,Robert Pringle,and Archibald Pringle enlisted at Beaver Dam. There may have been another brother Frank Pringle who also was in that conflict. I am looking for their sister Sarah Pringle who married Horace A Chase sr.
They removed to Blunt S Dakota when that land opened for settlement. As far as I know both Sarah and her husband died in SD. Family tradition says that Sarah came from Nova Scotia and that her brother Andrew was killed in the Civil War. I did find an Andrew Pringle's land patent in 1845 which was located in Dodge Co. Anyone out there who has information to share on the Pringles of Dodge Co. please help. Thanks so much
