On 12 June 1900, the household of Charles ALBERT, age 39, and his 2nd wife Minna (ENDE), 29, included his son George ALBERT age 12, plus another 12-year-old, named Grace ALBERT, and 4 farmhands who were boarders. We know that Charles' 1st wife, Emma ENDE, Minna's sister, had died in 1888 when George was born, 13 / 18 Feb. 1888. Grace was born Dec. 1887, in WI., so not George's twin. But she was not living with this Albert family on the 1895 census date, or in 1905, either.
Was she Minna's daughter, adopted by Charles? Charles had 11 younger brothers & sisters, all born in Dodge Co. WI; was Grace his niece or cousin?
