Trying to find information on my Great Aunt who lived in Washburn, Bayfield Co. Her name was Lillian (Boardrow) Dresye (Mrs Eli Dresye.)Born in Parishville, NY and died in Washburn in 1971. She never had any children, but hoping there were some friends in that area who might have known her. Thank You. Gloria

I think I may be able to help on some information here.

My grandfather was named Modest Dresye, and he and his family lived
in St. Regis Falls, NY (about 12 miles from Parishville).

He had several brothers & sisters (I'm just starting to
work on genealogy now). So far, I've hit Modest (1884-1954), LaPorte [older] (also from St. Regis Falls), Frank [younger] (Saranac Lake), and Eli (who I was beginning to think was a figment of my imagination). One sister was Lena (or Lina?), I'm not sure which.

I'm presently trying to track down their parents (John & Mary), but not much luck.
