I just posted an old news story from Wheeling about the arrest of George BACHMAN. The judge in the case is JOHNSTON. It's another amusing example, too, of how crime reporting has changed since the 19th century. BTW - those of you who aren't too sure you want a "black sheep" in your BACHMAN tree, rest assured that this one's not TOO black!
