For anyone that this may help, I've discovered a bible belonging to a branch of my Williams/Diamond family. In it was this little blurb in the DEATHS section. It would either be pertaining to Pennsylvania or West Virginia as that is where my branch was from. Not sure of the relation to my family. Most likely West Virginia though:

William Doyle Died at City
Hospital May 19, 1911 and was
Burried May 22, 1911 at
Greenwood Cemetery. Age 55.
