Hi, I am not related, but I found these two articles for you, the first is his marriage announcement and the second is his obituary.....................................

Lanham, son of Mrs. William Kelly of Rocky Fork. Rev. Melvin Hayes read the double ring service. Mrs. Lanham attended Nitro High School and her husband, a former student at Elkview High Mrs. William
School, is employed by Charleston Motors, Inc. They are residing
at Flatwoods.

William Lee Lanham, 37 of Toledo, Ohio died Saturday in Flint, Michigan of injuries received in a car accident.
Mr. Lanahm was a native of Charleston and had lived in Toledo for about ten years, He was an employee of Sherman Metal Products in Toledo.
Surviving, wife Peggy daughter, Pamela at home, stepson, Tony Gardner of Toledo, mother, Mrs. Elma Kelley of Charleston, sisters, Mrs. Maxine Sperling of Flint, and Mrs. Audrey Lanham of Riverside stepsister, Roseann Kelley of Charleston, stepbrothers, David, Ralph, and Phillip Kelley of Charleston Service and burial will be in Toledo.

the obit spelled his mother's name as Elma, but I bet it was Alma and this is probably her marriage record to his step-father, the Kelley:
