I'm hoping someone can help me out with any clues that might point me in the right direction. I am currently helping a friend of mine try to find any and all info on his father. His father died when he was only one and his mother a short time later so he knows nothing about his past.
Fathers name: Delbert Thompson.
I have a obit from Herald dispatch that says he had siblings by the name of: John R, Roy, and Bernard Thompson. Three sisters, their married names were Ethel Barker of Proctorville oh. Thelma Methax of ceredo, and Hattie Brooks of ceredo. One of the brothers lived at the address that is now Reyburns Towing in Kenova. Delbert is Buried at Docks Creek Cemetery.
I have a death certificate for him that lists him living in Circleville oh but from this area. He was also married at this time. Any info no matter how small would be greatly appreciated. I want to help this man to no just be a leaf blowing in the wind,,, but a leaf attached to a full tree. :D
