Bonnie, Hardesty's History says Tucker "district" is bounded on the NE by Elizabeth, NW by Wood Co. , SW by Jackson Co. and the SE by Reedy. That's basically where Limestone is. Also I went to MAPTECH HISTORICAL MAPS hit WV then hit Elizabeth , then the SW quadrant for the area around Elizabeth on the 1926 map. About 2 miles west of Elizabeth nearing the east end of Limestone Ridge is a place called Tucker. Sounds at least reasonable. Jim Fletcher

Bonnie, Harper district makes up the westernmost one third of the southern half of Roane Co. Hope that made sense. If you go to Roane Co.'s gen page click on MAPS. Then hit the 2nd of the three listed. I scanned the old maps for New Geneva with no luck. I'm guessing the place is not too far from Gandeeville. I will keep looking for other sources as I've noticed you are quick to help other searchers. Fletch
