I found a marriage record for a marriage to James F Quinlan in 1948 in District. Of Columbia but I spoke to a neice and she said she didn't know of her uncle ever being married. I was told she went to Washinton DC from Baltimore, MD which fits with the marriage certificate. She is the only member of this family that I cannot find. Everyone else has passed away.
