I am looking for any descendents of Sanford Arl Tenney and his wife Victoria Hartman. They were married in Randolph County in March of 1909. They took in or adopted John Ransom Davis (Tenney and Pearl Nora Davis (Tenney) by 1910 and had the following children: Lillian, Violet, and Edward Arl and Patsy Arizona Rebina (she was adopted by another family in 1918. Victoria died in 1918 and we don't know what happened to the children. Sanford remarried to May Tingler Curtis and had three daughters: Kate, Mary and Edna. Sanford Arl was the son of James V. Tenney and Mary Catherine Adeline Goodwin of Upshur County, WV.

I believe that John Ransom and Pearl Nora's parents were Claude Davis of PA and Sarah Catherine Kennedy of Elk Co. PA. Claude's parents may have been Clinton Davis of Chautaugua NY and Cynthia Shearman of the same place.
